While we aim to ensure every booking meets your expectations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require changes or cancellations. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and modifications to bookings. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
Refund Policy
All bookings made through our company are considered final, and as such, we do not offer refunds for completed sales. However, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, and for this reason, we have outlined specific cancellation charges depending on the time of cancellation.
Car Rentals, Tempo Traveler, Coach Rentals, Tour Packages, and Group Tours:

Cancellation before 72 hours of scheduled arrival:
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost will be charged. The remaining amount, after deducting the applicable fee, may be refunded or adjusted for future bookings. -
Cancellation before 48 hours of scheduled arrival:
A cancellation fee of 40% of the total package cost will be deducted. -
Cancellation before 24 hours of scheduled arrival:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged. -
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival:
No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Missed or Unused Services
Please note that no refunds or adjustments will be issued for any missed services, unused portions of a package, late arrivals, or early departures, regardless of the reason. This includes transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or any other service included in your booking.
Changes to Bookings
We understand that travel plans can change. To assist you, we allow certain modifications to your booking under the following conditions:

Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

You may request a change in the date, time, or itinerary depending on availability.

All changes should be made by directly visiting our branch office for confirmation.

Please note that adjustments are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new booking differs in cost from the original.
